- Contractual disputes including disagreements with corporate clients, training partners, or suppliers, as well as termination of MOUs or articulation agreements.
- Director, shareholder and partnership disputes for RTOs structured as companies or partnerships, we assist in resolving internal conflicts (e.g. oppression claims, breach of director duties, buy-outs) while protecting the college’s operations.
- Debt recovery and enforcement Ipursuing unpaid fees or defending against statutory demands and other debt enforcement actions. We move quickly to secure or contest judgments, understanding cash flow is vital to your organisation.
- Intellectual property (IP) disputes protecting your training materials, curriculum, and branding. We prosecute cases of IP theft or misuse and defend RTOs against infringement claims.
- Competition and consumer law issues including claims under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) such as misleading marketing or student recruitment practices. We help RTOs rectify issues and handle any resulting legal actions.
- IntelInsolvency-related litigation guiding RTOs through disputes that arise during financial distress, such as conflicts with external administrators or challenges by creditors.
